Which Car Should I look into?
« on: February 12, 2010, 02:25:02 PM »
Im looking for a first car and I live in Central Illinois.  Id really like a Camaro or Firebird, but with our winter weather 4wd would be nice to have.  Tell me what you think. 8)

I have a blazer and its pretty reliable and fun to play around in. I would get a Camero or Firebird if you have a good sum of money to dump into them. S10s look way sexy lifted. Sanomas are eh.

I don't know I hear bad things about the gm 4.3L V6.

Now that you mention it there are a few quirks with them. Mine hates to run when its cold and will die if i dont let it warm up for a good while. Also mine has an automatic choke which can get annoying as hell because it makes the engine kinda sputter for a while after you start it... other than that I cant say I've had any other problems with the 4.3L V6. Just for clarification I have a 1993 chevy blazer s10 tahoe with a 2006 4.3L v6 under the hood.

Think of insurance and gas costs. lol
I have a dream: a dream that, one day, chickens can cross roads without having their motives questioned.

eh at a young age you're getting fucked on insurance no matter what. Even if its under someone elses you still have to let the insurance company know who will be driving it and they take that into consideration. I'm getting shafted with like 180$ a month on insurance for 2 cars :o
