Med-kit/Ammo-kit

I've noticed that the med-kit and ammo-kits will occasionally stop working, and will remain that way for great periods of time. when i place down an ammo-kit it will appear, but i wont get any ammo from it.

That happens to me too, but It doesn't really effect me that much.
