I do see an ultimate profile option local D:

When you're at the home page. on the left side of your page, if you scroll down. there will be a section for your display picture, number of posts, msgs, profile, logout button. Try clicking on the profile button and modify your page from that.

We also need a BANLIST link on the header.

Local if you wish to change it please do so. I did this so the admins/lead admins are able to find someone that is causing problems faster.

I think this needs to be made into a sticky post or something so people understand how you want the format to be. I think it will make it a little easier for people to find so they know how to post this kind of stuff.
