on minigames maps

hey on the minigame map BobIII do you think theres a way to reduce the rounds of play or the timelimit because when theres alot of people on the server some people want to rtv because they have been playing for like an hour on that map ive experienced this and then theres 1 or 2 people that wont rtv and its really annoying because we have to wait for the time to finish. if theres a way to fix it can someone do it? please that would be great!

rtv to start the map vote and once it's voted rtv again for the map change...

There is no timelimit.
The reason the map doesn't change is because the round never ends. In order for the round to end everyone has to die. You're either going to have to wait it out, go somewhere else while you're waiting.. or just rtv.
