I don't know about this one since he didn't get one kill nor was he aiming at anyone and so far no google search shows his steam id with any bans. He also isn't VAC banned so I need a second opinion.

Think it was a script, just to fool players. Aimbot would pull your crosshair to your enemy's, atleast that's what Ive seen. But since he likes to play games, I think it should be a small punishment.
